Surabaya – The second day of the Summer School at Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya (UWKS) is just as exciting and enriching as the first. Today’s sessions features distinguished guest speakers from India, Korea, and Pakistan, who presents various thought-provoking topics related to Cross-Cultural Harmony and Paulo Freire’s Philosophy on Global and Cross-Cultural Contexts.
Through these discussions, participants gains valuable insights into intercultural connections, global education, and the importance of understanding different perspectives. The engaging sessions allowes students to explore new ideas and reflect on how cultural harmony can be fosters in a diverse world.

The day continues with an interactive Q&A session, where students actively participate by sharing their thoughts and asking questions to deepen their understanding of the topics. Each group has the opportunity to present their reflections and summaries from the previous day’s historical site visits in Surabaya. These presentations highlights the important lessons learns from Surabaya’s rich historical heritage and its impact on Indonesia’s cultural and national identity.
